Your first visit usually takes about 30–45 minutes, and it starts with your story — how you got here, what’s worked or hasn’t, and what you’d like to be able to do again.

What happens?

We will do a thorough orthopedic and neurologic evaluation, plus test your posture, balance, strength, and mobility — while we rule out anything that needs further medical evaluation. We can refer you for additional appropriate testing or specialist care if needed.

What to wear?

Comfortable clothing you can easily move around in.

What to bring?

Any imaging CDs, reports, or recent doctor visit notes that might help, plus contact info for your primary care provider and any specialists you’re seeing.

What about insurance and cost?

We are in-network with BCBS. For Medicare, you pay at the time of service, we file the claims for you, and Medicare reimburses you directly. For other plans, fees are due at the visit, and we can provide a superbill. We also accept FSA/HSA payments. We tailor care plan packages to your individual needs and goals.
