Meet Dr. Deb

Dr. Deborah Morrone

Dr. Deborah Morrone has been caring for the Frederick, MD community since 2002 — and her path into chiropractic started the way the best ones do: it changed her life first.

During college, she sought chiropractic care for a shoulder injury. The shoulder healed — but so did the chronic headaches and migraines she’d lived with since childhood. That experience didn’t just point her toward a career. It shaped how she practices today.

Dr. Deb believes that every patient walks in with a story, and that story matters. A person’s health and well-being is shaped by their history, lifestyle, stress, and movement habits— and understanding that full picture is what allows her to create care plans that are truly personalized, not just “one size fits all.”

She works with patients of all ages, with a particular love for partnering with people who are ready to play an active role in their own health. Her approach is collaborative — both with her patients and with their broader healthcare team members — because she knows that the best outcomes happen when everyone is working together.

Dr. Deb is also a lifelong learner and a bit of an adventurer. Her curiosity about the world sparked early, when she spent her junior year of high school as a Rotary Exchange Student in Denmark. Since then, she’s become a certified scuba diver, explored the Caribbean and Central America, and organized over a dozen humanitarian chiropractic missions to the Dominican Republic, Haiti, and St. Vincent and the Grenadines — bringing care to underserved communities and raising funds for healthcare, education, and housing initiatives along the way.

In 2014, she traveled to Kenya to oversee a water well project co-sponsored by the Fredericktowne Rotary Club in the village of Oltorotua — a project that brought clean water access to an entire community.

She stays at the forefront of chiropractic care through ongoing study of the latest research and techniques, with a focus on rehabilitation, stress management, and the advanced therapies that set FCWC apart — including FSM Microcurrent, laser therapy, PEMF, and red light therapy.

Her goal is simple: help you move better, heal better, and feel better — so you can live better.
